With 22 years of experience in the Insurance and Surety Bond industry, Ms. Bauza has the breadth of knowledge and market relationships necessary to best serve her clients. She joined the InSource team 11 years ago as a Bond Manager and her current role is that of a Sales Executive specializing in serving the insurance and risk management needs of the pharmaceutical industry, manufacturers and distributors, the technology sector, as well as condominium associations and restaurant franchises. She also has vast knowledge of the surety, fidelity, and custom bond industry which allows for in-house authority.

In addition to holding her Property and Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses, Ileana is a Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Risk Manager, and a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist. She is also a University of Miami Alumna where she earned her Degree in Business Administration.

An active member of business and community groups, Ileana is currently involved with the National Coalition of Pharmaceutical Distributors, the Florida Surety Association, Habitat for Humanity Woman Build, Hands on Broward, The Miami Light Project, and Empower U.

Tim Grier has 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. He specializes in providing insurance and risk management solutions for wholesale distributors, manufacturers, large property risks and theme parks. He has an extensive background in business and marketing, which helps him secure the best possible combination of coverage and price for his clients.

Grier began his insurance career in Richmond, Virginia in 1986 as a sales executive for a local firm. He relocated to Coral Gables, FL in 1993 where he served as Director of Marketing for one of the area's largest insurance brokerage firms. Mr. Grier also has a background as a worker's compensation underwriter and sales executive.

Grier currently resides in Coral Gables, FL where he is an active member of the community. He is a member of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, and The Coral Gables Community Foundation.

Jennifer Gambill is an Insurance Sales Executive specializing in the placement of insurance products and programs for a wide array of businesses, with a particular interest in schools and specialized professional liability programs. She joined InSource in 1998 and uses her 13+ years of insurance industry experience and knowledge to provide highly individualized insurance programs for each of her clients.

With a background in business marketing and risk management, Patrick Soto specializes in working hand-in-hand with entrepreneurs and new ventures to create customized insurance programs that help clients' businesses flourish. It's an attention to detail and passion for risk management that generates such strong results for his clients.

Prior to joining InSource, Inc. in 2007, Soto represented numerous national brands in developing successful marketing and advertising strategies aimed at growing business.

In 2004, Soto served as Deputy Coordinator of Independent Expenditures for the National Republican Congressional Committee, where he oversaw campaign strategies for over 60 U.S. House of Representatives races. He has a Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs from Florida State University. Beyond maintaining his Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance certifications, he is currently completing his Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.

Mr. Soto is involved in a variety of community associations including the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Miami Program, CHARLEE Home for Children, World Adult Kickball Association, Greater Miami Seminole Club, and the Coconut Grove Chamber of Commerce.

Monica Meza specializes in custom tailored insurance programs for Automotive Dealers, Commercial Real Estate owners, Residential Condominium and Homeowner Associations, as well as Churches and other religious institutions. She earned her Professional Insurance Account Management (PIAM) designation, and is currently working towards her Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation.

A native of Los Angeles, California, Ms. Meza came to South Florida in 1992 and began her insurance career as a claims advocate for State Farm Insurance. After working her way up the ladder, Ms. Meza moved on to work for a statewide insurance firm as a sales executive prior to joining the InSource team. Ms. Meza is a member of several professional organizations and is an active member of the community.
