Operations Manager

Mr. Swicegood is charged with the management of InSource’s information technology infrastructure, its processes and automation systems. He also serves as the firm’s administrative Operation Manager.

Swicegood began his career in 1985 when he worked for the Travelers Insurance Company. Five years later he joined the InSource team as the agency manager, and as technology evolved for servicing clients, he became the Director of Information Technology.

He has been actively involved with the Applied Systems User Group for over 20 years, both in leadership capacities of local associations and as a presenter at both local and national levels.

As a Deacon of University Baptist Church, he became involved with the Florida Baptist Children’s Home, teaching kids computer skills and furthering the cause of foster children in South Florida. He remains involved with the organization, as with 4Kids of South Florida, a local not-for-profit dedicated to finding homes for children in crisis.

Brian holds degrees in biology and finance from Stetson University; he lives in Miami, Florida with his wife and daughter.
