Phillip Lyons focuses on real estate commercial property programs, manufacturers, condominiums, and workers compensation. Mr. Lyons also specializes in custom tailored homeowner and auto insurance programs for high net worth individuals.

Lyons was a partner in Worley, Humphrey & Ball, a predecessor firm to InSource. He earned his Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations and has completed personal and business life insurance courses provided by the Life Underwriting Training Council.

A native of West Palm Beach, Lyons served in the U.S. Air Force from 1971 to 1980. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Florida International University.

Lyons is a member of the Legislative Council for the Florida Association of Insurance Agents (FAIA) and serves on their Health Council. He is also a member of the Miami Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and is past President of the Independent Insurance Agents of South Florida, the South Dade Association of Life Underwriters and South Miami. Lyons is past Chair of the Chamber South and is currently serving as Chairman of their Military Affairs Committee.
